The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and come with balconies for a pleasant stay, although not all rooms have this feature. The service is top-notch, offering assistance with car hire and arranging tours. The dining experience, especially the risotto, was exceptional. The facilities are well-maintained and add value to the overall stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the center of Chiang Mai with a very good breakfast served in the square nearby. The rooms were unfortunately without a balcony, but they were equipped with all the comforts one could ask for. The service was top-notch, providing car hire, housekeeping, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. Although the dining options were limited to steaks, the facilities were impeccable, making my stay very enjoyable.
I found the hotel to be in a very central location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, though I wish they had balconies. The service was excellent with helpful staff, and I enjoyed the nearby street food for dining. However, the lack of balconies in the rooms was a drawback for me.
